I led a team of credit analysts, analyzing and recommending commercial payment proposals. I assessed working capital finance for dealers and corporate clients, sanctioned credit lines, and performed comprehensive risk assessments for large, mid, SME, and MSME corporates. My role involved liaising with various stakeholders, including Credit Risk, Legal, Corporate Banking, Compliance, Collection, Sales, and Product teams, to improve processes. I visited clients to finalize and recommend high-value or critical proposals, implemented a paperless underwriting project, and collaborated with credit information companies and analytics providers to ensure informed decision-making during underwriting.

AXIS Bank Ltd.

I established a comprehensive underwriting process for commercial payments, covering pre-sanction, post-sanction, and post-issuance stages. I built a robust underwriting team to handle proposal assessments, account setups, and documentation, including financial rating sheets and proposal notes. I initiated paperless commercial payment underwriting through an online approval system and designed a collection process for secured lending. Additionally, I implemented commercial CIBIL reporting, set up SMA reporting processes, and coordinated with the EGRC team for seamless payment query resolution. I collaborated with corporate banking, credit risk, legal, compliance, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and operations. I also analyzed and sanctioned working capital facilities for large, mid-sized, and SME segments.
